Custom PHP coding for application form integration in back end DB so it can be processed by existing back end system.

Add in of affiliate (agents leads) extension to the site, that will do all of the tracking and then add the deal code and agent code session variable values to the custom PHP code to be sent with the submitted application form to back end database.
